Prof. S. Yunkap Kwankam Expert in eHealth Strategy Development

Holding the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering, Professor S. Yunkap Kwankam brings his more than twenty years’ experience working on global telemedicine to the provision of policy and practice-related services on eHealth. From 2004 until August 2008 he’s been working as the eHealth Coordinator at the World Health Organization, based in Geneva (Switzerland), where he was responsible for overall coordination of eHealth work across the Organization. In this role, he oversaw a number of WHO programs on the use of ICT in health. His work includes development of appropriate frameworks and tools to support policy and practice improvements in ICT-based knowledge management, creation of the networks pertaining to assist countries in building national capacity for effective and efficient use of ICT in their health systems. In addition to being the CEO of GeHCs, he is currently the Executive Director for the International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth (ISfTeH).

  

Prof. Jean-Jacques Zambrowski -Expert in Healthcare Governance and Health Human Resources

Pr. Zambrowski heads a PhD program in Healthcare Management, Regulatory, Health Law, Health Economics, and Health Policy at the Paris Descartes University. He serves as adviser to the French Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, the European Commission, the French National Board of Physicians, and National Board of Pharmacists, as well as the Federation of French Hospitals, the Confederation of French Medical Unions, and the Federation of French Pharmacists Union. He has a significant experience in the areas of restructuring and strengthening medical health professionals associations to facilitate their full partnerships with State health agencies..

 

Bruce Lerner Expert in Organizational Performance

Bruce Lerner is an independent management consultant, providing strategic advice and implementation support on improving organizational performance and value for stakeholders of the international organizations and leading companies. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Lerner spent much of his youth in Africa, later working there as an economist for the United States Agency for International Development. He led the world-wide realignment of the companies later sold by the leading private equity firm TPG Capital and served as Business Development Manager in the CIS and Head of Strategic Planning for Europe, Middle-East and Africa Agricultural Products at E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company. Prior to working for TPG, Mr. Lerner managed client teams for Bain & Company across Europe. He has an extensive experience in the fields of public health, pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals as well as branded consumer products, financial services and technology.

 

Yves Speeckaert Expert in Public Private Partnership

Mr. Speeckaert obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of California at Berkeley in 1994. As part of a World Bank sponsored reform of the public sector he elaborated the first Public Private Partnership project between private mining companies and reference hospital in the Katanga Province and set out the legal and regulatory framework of PPP (Law) in Mozambique (2010). Mr. Speeckaert contributed as expert in various Multilateral-sponsored privatization and PPP- programs in Brazil, Paraguay, Brunei, Senegal, RD of Congo, Gambia and Mozambique. Since 2011, he has been nominated as Director in 9 Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) in Luxembourg, including an Infrastructure PE fund (Rothschild), Real Estate fund (KBL), a Family owned SIF (UBS), as well as Administrator for Vivalys Patrimonia, a SIF specialized in Private Equity ventures and investments.
